Mafia mengatur jalanan dan membuat minuman keras ilegal secara terang-terangan. Kala itu Avilio tinggal di daerah itu, tapi setelah mafia mengakhiri hidup keluarganya, dia bersembunyi. Kemudian, Avilio menerima surat dari seseorang misterius tak dikenal yang isinya membujuknya untuk balas dendam dan membawanya kembali ke daerah Tak Berhukum. Di sana, dia menyusup ke dalam keluarga Vanetti dan semakin dekat ke Nero.
