Menceritakan tentang bencana di Jepang pada tahun 2035. Akibat sebuah riset Ngarai Kurobe dipenuhi oleh mahluk buatan bernama “Matter” dan membuat daerah sekitar dikarantina. Aiko Tachibana kehilangan keluarganya pada bencana tersebut, dan menurut teman sekelas barunya, Yuya Kanzaki; Aiko memiliki rahasia di dalam tubuhnya yang dapat digunakan untuk mengungkap rahasia di tengah titik bencana tersebut. Bersama tim khusus bernama “Diver” Aiko berusaha untuk menyusup masuk daerah karantina tersebut.
