Menceritakan karakter bernama Tsubasa, karyawan baru di divisi A&R di perusahaan rekaman besar, Gandala Music. Tsubasa langsung diberi tugas untuk mengawasi unit idol “B-Project,” yang terdiri dari tiga grup idol: Kitakore, THRIVE, dan MooNs. Di pekerjaan pertama Tsubasa ini, dia terlibat dalam berbagai insiden dan kejadian yang harus dia atasi bersama sekelompok laki-laki muda (ehem) yang memiliki kepribadian masing-masing.
