Kartun ini mengisahkan seorang gadis SMA yang menemukan daya tarik pada sepeda motor. Sakura Hane adalah siswi SMA yang kelihatan agak tolol. Suatu hari, dalam perjalanannya ke sekolah, dia menapaki jalanan rusak dengan sepeda, tapi dia melihat gadis bernama Onsa Amano yang mengendarai sepeda motor. Sakura segera tertarik dengan sepeda motor, lalu dia dan Onsa bergabung ke klub motor di sekolahnya. Kemudian, Sakura memutuskan untuk mendapatkan SIM untuk dirinya.
