Bercerita mengenai sebuah cerita psycho-suspense setelah gempa berkekuatan 7,8 SR menghantam distrik Shibuya, Tokyo pada tanggal 6 November 2009. Api hitam menyebar dan mennyebabkan kekacauan pada hari itu. Hari itu kemudian dikenang sebagai “Shibuya Earthquake” yang telah membunuh 3.851 orang dan mencederai 39.927 lainnya. Di tengah rekonstruksi, berbagai kematian misterius terjadi di Shibuya. Orang-orang mulai menyadari bahwa kejadian ini dimulai pada hari yang sama dengan kejadian aneh di Shibuya yang terjadi lima tahun yang lalu. Kejadian baru ini sekarang dikenal sebagai “Return of the New Generation Madness.”
