Setelah ledakan gas Metan. orang-orang dipaksa hidup pada kota yang terisolasi di planet yang gersang. Mereka hidup dikontrol oleh robot yang disebut AutoReivs. Di salah satu kota Rondo, Re-I Mayer, dan adik bupati, mereka melakukan investigasi kepada AutoReivs yang jadi tak terkendali setelah terinfeksi virus Cogito. Pada saat investigasi, dia bertemu dengan monster yang disebut Proxy. Di tempat lain dikota, seorang imigran Vicent Law yang ikut terlibat dalam kasus Virus Vogito ikut membantu. Bersama-sama mereka mencoba mengungkap misteri dari Proxy tersebut.
