Kazami Hayato, 14 tahun, adalah supir termuda di Cyber Formula, sebuah Grand Prix di mana setiap kendaraan dilengkapi dengan komputer untuk membantu balapan. Dengan bantuan Asurada, sistem navigasi paling maju, dan tim Sugo, Hayato menjadi pemenang Cyber Formula Grand Prix ke-10. Sepanjang jalan, Hayato harus belajar apa artinya menjadi pembalap dan kemenangan itu tidak bisa dicapai hanya dengan mengendarai mesin terbaik.
