Jean Otus adalah Wakil–Ketua di departemen Inspeksi ini, dia dijuluki “Jean The Cigarette Peddler”. Akan tetapi, Departemen Inspeksi rencananya akan dibubarkan oleh “Five Chief Officers ACCA”.
